Our brand name will not show up on your Billing statements.

Is the shipping discreet?

We pack your order in non-descript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. We know you don’t want that nosey neighbour or anyone in your family to find out what happens behind those curtains! The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed. What are my options?

Really? Don’t want that awesome toy? Oh, snap! If an order is already processed unfortunately are unable to cancel it. However, if you send us an email just in time we might be able cancel the order for you. After all, we love you as much as you love us!

What is the Return and Refund policy?

As much as we would love to accept returns and provide refunds, the intimate nature of the items we sell prohibits us from returning or exchanging products unless defective and thus all sales are final. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. No one likes a used item! Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Customers are encouraged to check with us for any size related questions before making a purchase.

Once the order is processed and leave the warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

I have received a defective item on delivery. What do I do?

While we take utmost care to ensure that none of our customer receive a damaged or defective piece, we do understand that there can be unforeseen chances of a product being damaged upon arrival. Contact Us Immediately and we shall try our best to sort it for you as soon as possible.
